Why do you like / use Plurk?

Lately I’ve been using Plurk more and more to chat with my friends. For me, it was a bit more convenient to see how they are at a given moment whenever I want and without intruding them with possibly unwanted IM pop-ups and buzzes.  The time line is a nice touch, though can be quite confusing when you have tons of friends plurking, filling up the whole screen >_<. It’s  like micro-blogging, too - you can post even one line thoughts  and have people reply and react.

On the Plurk FAQ they said :
“A really snazzy site that allows you to showcase the events that make up your life, and follow the events of the people that matter to you, in deliciously digestible short messages called plurks”

If you use Twitter, you would probably want to check out Plurk, too.  :)
